Region 24 Championship: Harbor Beach 64, Flint International 62 (2OT)
It was a regional final that contained more ups and downs than all of Cedar Point. Big runs from both Harbor Beach and Flint International (IAF) were the defining factor of the Region 24 Championship, which the Pirates won in dramatic, double-overtime fashion, 64-62.
Region 24: Harbor Beach 55, Sandusky 45
Sandusky threw everything they had at Harbor Beach, but the Pirates leaned on their senior leadership to forge a path back to the regional title game for the second year in a row, defeating Sandusky, 55-45.
District 96: Harbor Beach 52, Cass City 34
All eyes and pressure were on Harbor Beach in District 96, yet that didn’t stop the Pirates from cruising to their second-straight district title with a 52-34 victory over Cass City.
Harbor Beach 58, Cros-Lex 43
It was a battle of the heavyweights and it was Harbor Beach that delivered blow-after-blow, defeating Cros-Lex by fifteen points, 58-43 on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Harbor Beach 64, Ubly 50
Harbor Beach defeated Ubly, 64-50 on Friday, February 06 to clinch at least a share of the Big Thumb Conference’s Black Division in a back-and-forth ball game that featured nine lead changes and five ties.

Harbor Beach 31, Hudson 20
The Pirates surged out to a 21-0 lead and then used their strong defense to secure their second state championship in school history with a 31-20 victory over the Hudson Tigers. Harbor Beach finishes the season with a perfect 14-0 record, their first in the MHSAA playoff era.
Harbor Beach 40, Bark River-Harris 0
Harbor Beach wasted no time against Bark River-Harris, connecting on their first six drives of the day for touchdowns. Now, the Pirates face off with Hudson for the MHSAA Division 08 state championship.
Harbor Beach 26, Beal City 15
With the stakes at an all-time high, Harbor Beach upended the defending state champions and defeated the Beal City Aggies, 26-15 on Saturday, November 15, 2025 for the Pirates’ seventh regional championship in school history.
Harbor Beach 35, USA 12
The Pirates scored on their first five drives and brought in two interceptions to defeat the USA Patriots, 35-12 for their second-straight district championship.
Harbor Beach 49, Reese 8
Harbor Beach scored seven times, returned a kick for a touchdown, intercepted a pass and recovered a fumble, en route to a 49-8 victory over the Reese Rockets in the first round of the MHSAA Division 08 Playoffs.
Harbor Beach 41, Millington 7
The Pirates delivered knockout blow after knockout blow, defeating Millington 41-7 on Friday, October 24, 2025. Harbor Beach now rolls into the playoffs with a head of steam with a 9-0 record.
Harbor Beach 20, Lakers 6
The two top defenses in the Big Thumb Conference proved their worth on Friday, holding each other well below their offensive averages, but it was Harbor Beach that pulled away to defeat the Lakers, 20-6 on Friday.
Harbor Beach 43, Whiteford 14
Whiteford may have scored first off of a turnover, but it was Harbor Beach that would control the day, scoring six times and defeating the Bobcats 43-14 on Saturday, September 06, 2025 in Davison, MI.
